PRE-HS PREP HITTING CLINIC (13U -14U)

This advanced, high-velocity clinic prepares middle school hitters for the critical transition to high school baseball. We focus on maximizing exit velocity, proper barrel path, proper energy transfer and sequencing, and developing a sophisticated mental approach to defeat elite pitching.

Clinic Highlights:

• Duration: 5 week ( one hour per week) class

• When: Sundays Aug 30-Sept 27 from 11AM-12PM

• Where: The Twelve Bay Area Youth Complex

• Class Size: Limited to 6 max participants
